Using StreetCred

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use StreetCred to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files.

Practice Content

StreetCred provides educational financial modelling practice materials and diagnostic feedback. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, employment outcomes, financial results, or that scoring is error-free.

AI Interviewer

The AI Interviewer is a voice practice tool. Using it streams your microphone audio for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how interview transcripts and related data are handled. The interviewer replies and the feedback and score you receive are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They are for practice only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, do not affect your StreetCred scores, and are not professional advice or a prediction of any interview or employment outcome.

By using the AI Interviewer, you grant StreetCred a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, inspect, analyze, modify, combine, aggregate, anonymize, and create derivative works from your interview transcripts, AI-generated feedback, interview data, and the CVs you upload (and CV coach transcripts and the CVs it drafts) for the purposes described under Uploads below, including to develop, train, test, validate, and commercialize products, services, algorithms, and machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems. The provisions of Uploads on anonymized or aggregated information apply to that data, and our Privacy Policy governs how we de-identify it and handle personal information. This license does not cover your audio, which we do not store.

Use the AI Interviewer only for your own practice. Do not use it to record or process the voice of another person without their permission, to try to extract or alter its instructions or underlying systems, to generate unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to copy, resell, or republish it or its output at scale.

Uploads

You retain ownership of files and content you upload. By uploading a workbook or other content, you grant StreetCred a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, inspect, analyze, modify, combine, aggregate, anonymize, and create derivative works from that content to operate StreetCred, provide scoring and support, conduct research, create statistics and benchmarks, improve and evaluate our services, and develop, train, test, validate, and commercialize products, services, algorithms, and machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems.

StreetCred may use, disclose, publish, distribute, license, and sell anonymized or aggregated workbook content, assessment data, derived datasets, statistics, benchmarks, insights, and related products for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose. This permission is perpetual and irrevocable for information that has been genuinely anonymized so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you or your household. Our Privacy Policy and applicable law govern our handling of personal information.

You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for your upload and for the uses described in these Terms. Uploads are not treated as confidential. Do not intentionally include personal information or confidential, proprietary, employer, client, or third-party information.

Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using email credentials or supported third-party providers such as Google. If multiple sign-in methods use the same verified email address, they may be linked to the same StreetCred account.

Payments and Paid Products

Some StreetCred products may require payment. Prices, features, and availability may change. Additional purchase terms apply when you complete checkout for an available paid product.

The CV coach is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled case by case on request: write to support@streetcred.finance. The CV coach drafts your CV automatically using artificial intelligence, so check and edit every line: you are responsible for what you send to an employer.

Intellectual Property

StreetCred, our website, scoring workflows, reports, case materials, designs, text, and related content are owned by StreetCred or our licensors. You may use practice materials for your personal learning, but you may not resell, redistribute, copy, or publish them without permission.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of StreetCred at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for StreetCred, other users, or service providers.

Disclaimers and Liability

StreetCred is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
